Preconditions:
None

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome and open any website(ex: amazon.in)
2. Open Dev Tools>Lighthouse
3. Click on Analyze page load
4. After generating report, click on 3 dots>Click on Open in Viewer
5. Click on 3 dots and select Toggle Dark Theme
6. Now click on language icon and choose any language
7. Observe that, the theme is changed to light automatically

Actual Result: Dark theme is disabled automatically after changing language in Lighthouse report

Expected Result: Page must be shown in dark theme

This issue exists from M-112 onwards .So, raising it as a NR issue.

Notes:
1)This issue able to repro on Beta #122.0.6261.57, Dev #123.0.6300.3 and Stable #122.0.6261.57
2)As this is a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
