Could you please help try to enable Verbose Vendor Logging as per following Steps and provide the bugreport once this issue happen again?
[How to enable Verbose Vendor Logging]
Menu->settings->about phone -> build number -> keep click the "build number" till it shows "now you are a developer"
Go to Settings -> system -> developer options
Scroll down and find "USB debugging". Enable it
"Enable Verbose Vendor Logging" Enable it too
Whenever issue observed, please do:
Toggle airplane mode on/off.
Wait 1 minute and check if the devices camps on LTE.
Settings -> System -> Developer Options -> Click "Bug report". It will take few minutes to generate A bugreport. Please save and share it.

Feature request
I know that a fix is supposed to be released in a future update. I got an update shortly after I received that message, and this issue happened again. I don't know if the fix was supposed to be in that latest update or not, but here's a log with the issue again. Thanks.

1. After leaving home, network shows "E" when 5G is available and data is not available. Sometimes shoes no network in an area with excellent service.

I expect the phone to have data service.
