What you would like to accomplish:

• We have deployed Anthos Policy Controller using Terraform as seen here 1 and here 2. In regards to this, we are looking for an equivalent TF resource for the gcloud cli command suggested in the Google documentation: Configure Policy Controller for high availability.

We would like the Terraform code related to different gcloud commands regarding policycontroller, please see below:

gcloud alpha container fleet policycontroller deployment set DEPLOYMENT_TYPE replica-count QUANTITY --all-memberships
gcloud alpha container fleet policycontroller deployment set DEPLOYMENT_TYPE memory-limit QUANTITY --all-memberships

Based on 3 there is no way to set the replicas with terraform - the policy controller section has no option for this

How this might work:
Make Terraform able to set the Replicas for Policy Controller High Availability
