https://cs.android.com/android-studio/platform/tools/base/+/mirror-goog-studio-main:build-system/gradle-api/src/main/java/com/android/build/api/variant/GeneratesApk.kt today only exposes targetSdk, in androidx we would find it helpful to also have minSdk as that would allow us to stop reading baseExtension.defaultConfig.minSdk

At least , add a "refresh all observables" function to alpha4 ? i am trying to implement it by myself with your InvalidationTracker class
