What type of issue is this? Application not responding (ANR)

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. I was playing Royal Match and started getting twisted warnings that Fair Email was not responding.
2. Behavior continued while using other apps as well. Only started after most recent update.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected Fair Email to work as normal.
What actually happened?
Got repeated warnings that Fair Email wasn't responding. I could still go into Fair Email and everything seemed to be functioning ok. I could still retrieve and read email.
