If I think a specific user is compromised I would like to search on their email and see all activity. Including if the VPC SC is suddenly blocking lots of requests.
Another but similar use case is when using more managed services like custom jobs within vertex ai, there are lots of things happening under the hood, and the unique identifier's do not always surface up through the error reporting. Its much easier to search on the user account / service account email to see all instances where it was blocked to get a clear understanding of potential issues.
But from a usability perspective its just super frustrating to search on a users email and not get all logs that relate to them.

Description
While checking VPC SC audit logs the user's email is redacted by 3 dots and the user email address is showing in the redeaction form.This FR is to ask the team to display partial username like many services do.
