Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to https://eg-leads-dev.uc.r.appspot.com/
2. Open console
3. Examine errors

What is the expected behavior?
Scripts should load and execute.

What went wrong?
JavaScript files are blocked from executing with the following error messages:

Refused to execute script from 'http://github.com/wycats/handlebars.js/raw/766497bb553a926c046c5e5b50ee35529d168ba5/lib/handlebars.js' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled. index.html:1
Refused to execute script from 'http://github.com/janl/mustache.js/raw/master/mustache.js' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled. index.html:1
Refused to execute script from 'http://github.com/jquery/jquery-tmpl/raw/master/jquery.tmpl.js' because its MIME type ('text/plain') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

Did this work before? Yes Possibly before 2024-03-05

I agree that content owners should provide proper content-type headers, but preventing scripts served with an erroneous header from executing is unnecessary.
