Please provide more detailed information like sample requests with screenshots in English translation or screen recording and steps to reproduce on how and when you are encountering the issue.

I have send you an screen recording.
The first red message is okay, but the second one is not what must happen. Then you will not see any calculation.
When i fill in Zwaanhoefstraat, Roosendaal, Nederland. You see an calculation.

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a
demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.
Binnen onze software gebruiken wij de Directions API. Nu krijgen wij een foutmelding bij het invoeren van het adres: Zwaanhoefstraat 12, Roosendaal, Nederland.
Hij pakt alleen dit adres niet, het op een volgende adres pakt hij wel.
Ik heb in de bijlage twee screenshots toegevoegd.
Zouden jullie dit zo snel als mogelijk op kunnen pakken?
