Thank you for your response.

• Can you please elaborate more on this feature like what are the service list you are expecting to view through gcloud commands?

  Expecting to view the list of the services that are outside of a perimeter.
  

• What is the current way of viewing/accessing these services.

  Currently it is possible to list teh services that are inside of a perimeter but not outside as per [1,2]
  

Please let me know if you need something else from my side.
