I have used the AndroidX-provided mechanism to persist the selected language.

Scenario: We choose a non-system language from the settings page, then manually activate the backup process, delete the app, then reinstall the app with ADB to restore the backed-up data, I expect It is that the selected language is fully applied in all parts but not applied in some places.
