The R8 build does include these files in our jar and they are not used/needed. I'll amend our build to avoid including them and merge it to the release branches.

Description
It would be helpful if after Google Chat Apps posted a private message they had the capability of posting additional private messages threaded inline.
A common use case is that a Chat App provides a private summary to a user in a Space and it would be nice to provide additional details threaded under that main post (in case the user wants to see additional information).
Impact
Information from Google Chat Apps cannot be presented succinctly and consequently details are missed or not easily understood.
