Description
Process documents with a Custom Model Processor "njtr1-keyFields" through Document AI (Custom Document Extractor). However when this happens the customer is having an error code 13.

What you expected to happen:
To be able to process Documents with fixed layouts using the custom model "njtr1-keyFields" processor.
Steps to reproduce:
Have a trained template model and try to process a document with fixed layouts.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
A workaround should be to change the format of the documents that need to be processed.
