`FrameMetricsAggregator` has single public method for starting measure - `public void add(@NonNull Activity activity)`
`FrameMetricsApi24Impl.add(Activity activity) ` gets window from activity and add frame metrics listener.

But the dialogs are displayed in a window other than the activity window and there is no way to track metrics from dialog.

Please add the option to subscribe to events from any `Window`

Any updates on this? It's been a month already since I reported it, and it seems this crash is occurring quite frequently for my users.
