The fix for Issue 338512598 involved modifying VariantDependenciesBuilder#shouldConfigureKotlinPlatformAttribute to accommodate the current special case of built-in kotlin support for testFixtures and screenshotTest components.

VariantDependenciesBuilder#shouldConfigureKotlinPlatformAttribute should be updated as general built-in kotlin support evolves (Issue 259523353)
