Feature Request: Exporting logs from Cloud logging to BigQuery ingestion via Storage Write API

Current: As of now Cloud logging uses Legacy Streaming API to ingest logs to BigQuery

Expected: Option to choose Storage Write API to ingest logs to BigQuery via Log sink
