Hello! Sorry to bring up this issue after almost a year but I wanted to add that we have chosen metric identifier as agent.googleapis.com/memory/percent_used but autoscaling didnt work out for us either. It would be appraciated if you can guide us.

Problem you have encountered:
We can not have opentelemetry transform processor config as part of the ops-agent config file
What you expected to happen:
Ops-agent config to be passed to the generated opentelemetry-collector config easily.

Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
We reported the issue on GitHub and created a support case with the Google cloud platform team. They have confirmed the feature is not available right now and Ops-agent team will be working on this feature request implementation.
