This Chrome DevTools issue has Found In
milestone information, but is still on the Unconfirmed hotlist. Assuming that this issue is therefore considered confirmed, please provide any additional information that is still missing and remove it from the Unconfirmed hotlist so that it can be further triaged by the product team.
Thanks for your time! To disable nags, add Disable-Nags (case sensitive) to the Chromium Labels custom field.

OS : Mac,Win(10,11),Linux
Preconditions:
None
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Chrome and open 2 websites(
2. Open DevTools and go to Recorder on the 1st tab
3. Take a recording on the 1st tab
4. Switch to the 2nd tab and open DevTools
5. Replay the previous recording on the 2nd tab
6. Click on back button to navigate to previous page
7. Click on Close(x) button of DevTools
8. Observe that empty space remains after closing DevTools(even after refreshing the page)
Actual Result: DevTools gets closed and blank space remains on the page
Expected Result: No blank space must be observed after closing DevTools
This issue exists from M-114 onwards .So, raising it as a NR issue.

Notes:
1)This issue able to repro on Beta #125.0.6422.26, Dev #125.0.6452.3 and Stable #124.0.6367.155
2)As this is a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.
