What you would like to accomplish:
I would like to be able to migrate traffic from my gen1 Function to my gen2 Function without downtime, as I want to move to the use of gen2 Functions for my workflow
How this might work:
creation of an upgrade command to migrate traffic
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
The current solution results in downtime and also requires changing the Function name or URL
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
I observe errors when following the workaround in [1]
