Problem you have encountered:

Whenever vision api i.e https://vision.googleapis.com/v1/images:annotate is invoked with features WEB_DETECTION+LABEL_DETECTION i.e together, api is failing to serve the response in some cases

What you expected to happen:

Ask for 2 features (WEB_DETECTION, LABEL_DETECTION) at the same time with no issues
