It's annoying that you can't remove the stroke by setting its width to 0 or otherwise setting stroke visibility. It makes highway colors look pretty bad at zoom levels 5-7. The stroke at default width overtakes the fill color. Some places have the fill color and some don't, so it looks really inconsistent.
