On the File Provider page, the formatting for the section labelled "Granting temporary permissions to a URI" is confusing and doesn't make it obvious that the two sections "grant permission to a specific package" and "include the permission in an intent" are two alternative ways of doing it.

It also doesn't seem to specify which is preferable, but from other docs it seems like including it in an intent is always better if the cross-app interaction is happening via an intent, and granting it to a package is only expected to be used for other cases.
