Steps to reproduce

• Add an asymmetric padding to the map e.g. using getMap().setPadding(0,0,0,1)
• Add a marker on the map to ease identifying camera movement target
• Use the following CameraPosition builder to move the camera using moveCamera (important is that the map is tilted with 90)

new CameraPosition.Builder()
        .target(targetLocation)
        .zoom(15f)
        .tilt(90f)
        .build()

Details:

• Maps SDK client library version (used to build your app): play-services-maps:18.2.0
• Maps renderer (Latest or Legacy): Latest
• Devices you have verified this issue on:
  • Google Play Services version on the device: 24.16.16 (190400-629452829) (Code: 241616038)
  • Android version: 34
  • Manufacturer and model: Google pixel 6
• Was this working correctly on a previous version? If yes, which version (client library, Android, Google Play Services versions)? using the legacy renderer it works as expected
