   A customer is using cloud storage, stores multiple (many) JSON log files on it, and link them to BigQuery
   as external tables.
   This customer retrieves data using SQL with remote function which calls cloud function to return JSON log records
   stored on cloud storage as external table, faces 10 MB of restriction in their data retrieval.

   This customer needed frequent remote function calls.
   This customer experienced cost inefficiencies and time taking.
   Longer time taking brings customer other restriction exceeding occasion, and additional costs for overall.

◯Expectation
    Customer wants to uplift the upper limit in retrievable/returnable data size as 10MB (1st gen cloud function)
    or 15MB (2nd gen cloud function) of cloud function.
