Description
Currently, updating a VPC Service Controls (VPC SC) perimeter policy in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) requires pulling all policies, editing the specific one, and submitting the entire set through a patch request. This process is inefficient and error-prone.
Proposed Feature:
Introduce direct update support for individual perimeter policies through API calls. This would allow administrators to modify specific rules without handling the entire set of policies.
Benefits:
Efficiency: Saves time and reduces complexity.
Accuracy: Minimizes errors associated with handling all policies.
Automation: Simplifies API-based management and integration.
This feature would greatly improve the usability and management of VPC SC perimeter policies.
