I am using a version catalog file (libs.versions.toml) to store some keys like 'compileSdk'.

Theese keys are used in build.gradle.kts like this:

...
android {
    namespace = "com.example"
    compileSdk = libs.versions.compileSdk.get().toInt()

    defaultConfig {
        applicationId = "com.example"
        minSdk = libs.versions.minSdk.get().toInt()
        targetSdk = libs.versions.targetSdk.get().toInt()
        versionCode = libs.versions.versionCode.get().toInt()
        versionName = libs.versions.versionName.get()

        testInstrumentationRunner = "androidx.test.runner.AndroidJUnitRunner"
    }
...

When I open libs.versions.toml, there are warnings for all theese keys:

[versions]
compileSdk = "34"
minSdk = "29"
targetSdk = "34"
versionCode = "1"
versionName = "1.0.0"

Android Studio IDE is showing this kind of warning:

Version reference 'compileSdk' is not used in build scripts 
 Inspection info:
Detects unused keys in TOML descriptors of version catalogs.
Example:
// build.gradle
dependencies {
  implementation libs.foo.bar
}
# libs.versions.toml
[libraries]
foo-bar = "com.gradle:example:1.0.0"
bar-baz = "com.gradle:example:2.0.0" # highlights bar-baz

I think the inspection tool is not verifiyng if the keys are used in build.gradle.kts, only checking the use in the same file.
