Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish:
IAM Deny policies only rely on tags for including specific resources, Access Context Manager (VPC service controls, access policies, access levels) resources currently do not support tags on the resources, thereby not allowing IAM deny policies on selective resources.
How this might work:
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
There are no alternative solution, name is not supported on IAM deny policies.
