Repro:

1. Run a unit test in an android project that used config caching.
2. run it again, so that you get "Reusing Configuration Cache"
3. notice that the "Open gradle test report" button is greyed out.

if you add --no-configuration-cache to the Run Config for the test then the button works fine.

Expected

"Open gradle test report" should work even when "Reusing Configuration Cache"
