We found an example of an incremental Kotlin compilation providing different results than a clean compilation.

Specifically, the difference seems to be between a clean and an incremental build of aosp/2647563 ( details here )

The latest theory about this issue is that it's likely relating to the Compose compiler plugin so I'm filing this issue to investigate it there
