Description
At 06-11-2024, 6:30am UTC to 3:30am UTC. Our cloud tasks queues stops on executing. All of our 20 queues on europe-west1 stopped executing task.
On the attached screenshot(PH Time)
- It is displayed that during the downtime it does not execute tasks.
- Adding of task still works during the downtime.
- After the downtime it shows that all of the stuck task was executed. As shown by the spike on the executed tasks
It suddenly resume working at around 3:30am UTC, without us doing anything
What you expected to happen:
It should execute tasks
Steps to reproduce:
As of this writing this ticket, it is now working.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc):
- We also have cloud task on asia-southeast1 and they are not affected during the downtime.
- We don't have any deployment / config changes related or unrelated to cloud tasks before the down time
