Problem you have encountered:

My connector has multiple schemas so I am using the LInking API to create multiple template links and presenting them on the config screen so users can click on them.

However, the URLs are very long (over 1400 characters) and are not wrapping so they fit on the visible portion of the screen. When the user clicks on a link, the screen shift right to the end of the URL, which means the UI elements of the config screen are now off the screen to the left, making further interaction impossible. All the user can do is refresh the browser and start from scratch.


What you expected to happen:

I would expect either:

• Long URLs wrap to occupy the visible area for the screen. This way there is no reason for the screen to shift when the URL is clicked.
• If the URL does not wrap, the screen does not shift to the right or has a horizontal scroll bar so the user can get back to the interactive UI elements.

Steps to reproduce:

• Add an URL with a long query parameter (1400 characters say) that is URL encoded to the config screen using newInfo().setText().
• Click the URL.
