It's worth noting that Google Maps is not able to find that particular address at 2721 Panhandle Drive Suite 200, Denton, TX 76201.

As previously mentioned, this support channel is for reporting issues with the Google Maps APIs. With that said, the documented and supported method of sharing directions in Google Maps (ie. maps.google.com) is documented here:

This is a fundamental problem with the directions page not being able to handle subpremises, and it affects many addresses. I gave you only one example, and there are plenty of others.

The issue does not seem to affect the Search functionality in Maps URLs:

• 10900 Founders Way Suite 103, Fort Worth, TX 76244
• 100 Bourland Road Ste 100, Keller, TX 76248
• 4701 Boat Club Road Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76135

These URLs perform a search operation, which successfully resolves the address to a single location and redirects to its place page.

Using this may be a better workaround than attempting to remove the subpremise terms from addresses; using the Directions button from these place's would allow the user to choose whether to get directions from their current location (as detected by their device) or a different locations (in case they intend to start the trip from a different location or their device is not detecting their location accurately enough).

Otherwise, removing the subpremise terms appears to consistently mitigate the issue in the Directions action:

• 10900 Founders Way, Fort Worth, TX 76244 works.
• 100 Bourland Road, Keller, TX 76248 works.
• 4701 Boat Club Road, Fort Worth, TX 76135 works.
• 10900 Founders Way Suite 103, Fort Worth, TX 76244 does not work.
• 100 Bourland Road Ste 100, Keller, TX 76248 does not work.
• 4701 Boat Club Road Suite 200, Fort Worth, TX 76135 does not work.

It is also worth noting that when the directions page fails, hitting the magnifying glass icon next to the destination address also fails to find the destination by its address.

Side note 1: Maps URLs is supported per the relevant Support Options, albeit not included in the Google Maps Platform Core Services (that are covered by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service, Service Level Agreements (if applicable), support offerings (if applicable), and Deprecation Policy).

Side note 2: the following URLs are not supported and subject to change without notice; these are not an API:

• maps.google.com/maps/search/Panhandle%20Drive is a search that may lead to multiple results, a single one, or none.
• maps.google.com/maps/place/... is a place page that shows a single place. When a search leads to a single result, it usually redirects to the place page of that one result (example).
• maps.google.com/maps/dir/... are directions... and seem to behave in less intuitive/predictable ways.
