Problem you have encountered:
As of now Google cloud python SDK does not support submission of flink job in dataproc. As per the documentation [1] there is no option for flink job

What you expected to happen:
The flink job submission using python SDK should be possible.

Steps to reproduce:
use python sdk to submit a dataproc flink job as per [1] and it will give an error.
