I get "You do not have permission to create issues in this component" error when i try to create an issue in the screenshot-testing component, that's why i create it here

DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a screenshot test
2. Add @Preview(backgroundColor = android.graphics.Color.BLUE.toLong(), showBackground = true) [Screenshot 1]
3. Check preview and see that the color changed to blue [Screenshot 2]
4. Run ./gradlew updateDebugScreenshotTest
5. Check generated screenshot and see that the color didn't change [Screenshot 3]
