To reproduce:

1. Navigate to an Android Fragment with the following:

LifecycleStartEffect {
    println("Setup")
    onStopOrDispose {
        println("Cleanup")
    }
}

2. Observe "Setup" is printed once.
3. Hit back to close the Fragment.
4. Observe "Cleanup" is printed twice.
