this issue is infuriating. It works fine when phone isn't plugged it, so its something to do with assistant in Android Auto only.

Saying navigate to address, the accuracy seems way off as well, I have to spell out parts of addresses, where in the past it would simply work it out.

Same issue, for me it always searches for something with a similar name on Maps. Using the menu to list the available contacts works fine, but it's not safe to do while driving

Same issue. Very annoying. When I spell the name on my phone the contacts adress is found, but in AA it can not be found.
Now I have to pull over and type the name of the contact on my phone and start the navigation to see it appear on the AA car display.

Same here, Polestar 4 2024. It responds that it doesn't know that location.
If I type that person's name into the built-on Google Maps search box the contact's name and address appears and I can select it.
The voice assistant seems to be unable to look into contacts.

Contacts addresses are not recognized in Android Auto Maps. Kia EV3. Looks like insufficient rights to access contacts.
