The Jetpack Bluetooth library hardcodes the autoConnect parameter of the framework's connectGatt() method to false. This is fine for most cases, but there are legitimate cases where one would want to set it to true.

This is an FR to expose the autoConnect parameter (and other like transport and phy) for connectGatt
