Now play also needs a notification system like proper app and have a quick shortcut in quick settings all though it seems to be glitching sometimes when going through social media and scanning music it isn't that much of an accurate so improvements are necessary

Still very broken after the December update. Doesn't detect music 80% of the time, when it does a manual search is required (no auto result) and in 100% cases it results in "No song found".
On the other hand, the YouTube Music app's sound search works flawlessly. So ig there's it's a temporary workaround.

Interstingly, in this situation, using the sound search from Circle to Search or the Google app also fails instantly. So this points to a Google app/component bug. Either way, you should just ditch it and use YTM's lighting fast implementation.
