One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.
Description
As per the documentation [1], the “constraints/storage.publicAccessPrevention” is not supported to be used in dry-run organization policies.
So, this feature request has been raised to add the feature to enable "constraints/storage.publicAccessPrevention" in dry-run mode.
