Created a new folder, but it did not appear in the console for a certain period of time (approximately 10-24 hours), even though the folder creation was confirmed by running the gcloud command.

After a certain period of time, the folder appeared in the console, indicating there was a propagation delay.

However, the Resource Manager documentation [1] [2] does not provide clear information about propagation times—specifically, how long it takes for new resources to appear in the console after creation.

Please consider updating the documentation to include details on the typical propagation time and potential reasons why newly created projects or folders may not immediately appear in the console.
