What is the incorrect behavior that you are experiencing?

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Call fetchPlaceFromPlaceID
2. We suspect Sometimes(rare scenario) the country component from [PlaceAddressComponents: String] comes back as blank
3. Want to confirm if this can ever happen? Can ever a country component come back as blank?
