DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:
Related to https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/342701236 and https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/301481570 but I want to make this an explicit feature request.

Use case is similar to https://github.com/android/performance-samples/issues/166 with many upvotes (added after closing the issue). Measure app launch for an already-logged app, without going through login + onboarding flow.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Have an app with Login + Onboarding flow
2. Write a test without modifying app's code that goes through login + onboarding flow as a part of setupBlock
3. Write another test assuming the app is not logged

Expected result: test do not impact each other Actual result: if the test going through login flow is invoked first the other test is also logged.
