Some notes as to how we might do this:

1) adding the compiler plugin as a library to be downloaded at [1]
2) updating Android Kotlin config at [2] to include the plugin path from (1) as a property
3) this part is a little more fuzzy, but figuring out how the plugin should be activated from the godbolt.org frontend (command-line options, as a "library", as a tool, etc.—however it was added to the config at (2)), then somehow working it into the actual kotlinc invoke at [3]
