What you would like to accomplish: Make the updateDataset method available on the v1 version of the Document AI API.
How this might work: It would work as it would on the v1beta3 version of the API.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: Terraform only uses v1 methods as v1 is the stable version of the API and since the method is not available on the v1 stable version it cannot call the method.
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): There is no known Workaround
