Description
For Snap-to-Road, if I have 2 points that are far apart but both points are on the same street, the Roads API should add greater probability that the path between the 2 points will be on the same street.
The current algorithm has some weird tendencies to veer off to an unexpected road (especially a road that's actually a "minor" road). Here is an example of this: 40.68350,-73.66791|40.68386,-73.66800|40.68990,-73.66780|40.69269,-73.66750
