The development server bundled with the Go SDK fails to handle requests that contain whitespace in the path component of the URL.
The request never reaches the application and always fails with "Error 400 - Bad Request".

A simple example URL that produces the observed behavior:
http://localhost:8080/Hello%20World!
Note the encoded space character ("%20") in the URL path.


This bug seems to be independent of the Go application that is run.
It can be reproduced with the simple "Hello World" tutorial found in the "Getting Started" documentation:
