Description
* What is the desired behavior of the feature? (Be specific!)
getVersionHostname() should provide the host name in '-dot-' notation instead of '.' for use with HTTPS [1].
* If relevant, why are current approaches or workarounds insufficient?
The currently returned '.' notation is not usable when App Engine URL paths are forced to be HTTPS as per [1].
* If relevant, what new use cases will this feature will enable?
It will enable the ability for proper redirects to the returned host name for forced HTTPS URLs [2] (Currently only available for HTTP).
