Problem you have encountered: Recently PHP runtime is not returning an empty array when using dns_get_record and there is no AAAA record, this is inconsistent with Cloud Shell environment

What you expected to happen: dns_get_record returns an empty array when there is no AAAA record

Steps to reproduce:

$result = dns_get_record("<DOMAIN_WITH_NO_AAAA_RECORD>", DNS_AAAA );
var_dump($result);

Workaround: Currently is returning false when there is no record on AAAA. Therefore the workaround is to handle false as if it has no AAAA record.
