Looking at the API/Service details, I see corresponding requests to google.cloud.vision.v1.ImageAnnotator.BatchAnnotateImages however they are all returning 200's with no errors reported
Using Python 3.9 with google-cloud-vision 3.7.4 and it started within the last month. With enough retries, it is SOMETIMES successful, however I am no longer retrying aggressively because it may take hundreds or thousands of attempts to get a successful lookup.
