It was mentioned it's impossible to fix the current class of RatingBar:

I don't know if that's true (saw a library that seems to do it: https://github.com/zhanghai/MaterialRatingBar ), but if it is, please provide a new class instead, part of Material library if you insist, but have something better as the current one is too restricted in what it can do.

It doesn't make sense that it has been so long and we don't have an official View for this, while having guidelines and screenshots as if it's possible on Admob website itself, to make the RatingBar smaller to any size we wish.
