What you would like to accomplish: Reporting an issue where out US branch locator, which utilizes Dialogflow and system entities, is incorrectly resolving certain US city names to their UK counterparts. This occurs when a US city shares its name with a UK city, particularly those with suffixes like "Upon Trent'' or "On Thames." For instance, searching for "Burton '' in the US incorrectly resolves to "Burton upon Trent" in the UK.

How this might work: As the city is residing in the USA it should show the cities which are in the UK.

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: There is no sufficient solution available as of now and mostly we can create a custom entity, improve entity training or we can use Geocoding API but it is all speculations.
